We are actively seeking LPNs to join our team for the following shifts:
✅ 3 PM – 11 PM
✅ 11 PM – 7 AM
As an LPN, you will play a key role in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs), assisting with training and orientations, and working alongside the Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care.

- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to respond to resident emergencies and arrange medical care as needed
