Pest Control/Lawn Care Technician

Responsibilities:

- Conduct pest control treatments and inspections at customer locations

- Identify and assess pest infestations and develop appropriate treatment plans

- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively

- Provide recommendations to customers on pest prevention and maintenance

- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records

- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Fertilize and treat lawns

- Operate company vehicle and equipment safely

Skills:

- Self motivator

- State certified applicators license (enquire on how to get this)

- Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and equipment

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify pest issues and develop effective solutions

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner

- Sales skills. Be able to upsell on jobs and get your own leads/sales.

-Valid, clean motor vehicle driver's license

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
