Job Details
- Salary Range $21.00 - $23.00
- Monday - Thursday (Fridays Occasional)
- 24 - 32 Hours Per Week
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Experience and proficiency in MS Office (Wood, Excel and Outlook)
- High level and accurate typing skills
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Professional communication skills, behavior, and appropriate attire
Job Responsibilities
- Answering phones, distributing mail and e-mails appropriately
- Assisting with weekly employee payroll and data entry
- Daily entry and filing of material purchase orders and stock orders
- Assisting in accounts payable / receivables
- Entering and maintain job records and data
- Assisting in tracking and maintaining subcontractor records and information
- Assisting in ordering of insurance certificates on a per project basis
- Ordering and maintaining of office supplies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
