- Billing questions - answer, research and resolution via email, ticketing system and phone.
- Basic bookkeeping – QuickBooks online. record deposits, research customer payments
- Account Collections – Transmit statements, follow up with customers
- General reports, perform business and financial analysis
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical/problem solving skill
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with limited supervision
