JOB DESCRIPTION :
Team Lead. This is a customer service role, involving communication with vendors via phone and email. All transactions will be EDI related, but prior EDI experience is not mandatory - you will be trained on EDI and our system if needed. We are looking for someone with professional experience and the potential to grow into a supervisory position.
Candidates should have moderate Excel experience, familiarity with the basics of technology, and be detail oriented. You should be a self starter, willing to take on new projects as needed. This role is limited to start, but there is room for growth if you excel.
STARTING RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Customer Service.
- Prepare, run, and ship client print jobs (shipping labels, packing slips and other shipping documents)
- Support client requests for transaction processing (data entry & configuration of shipping, invoicing transactions).
- Assign new UPC codes and load to online catalogs.
- Execute reports to match sent transactions with appropriate acknowledgements.
- Maintain trading partner address tables in Excel and SQL database.
- Monitor and respond to email requests and alerts.
- Answer phones.
