Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Professional:
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Maintain a knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models
- Daily knowledge of used car inventory
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, internet ads, referrals, etc.)
- Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
- Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models
Requirements and Qualifications of an Automotive Sales Professional:
- PLUS: Proven track record in the retail automotive business
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have a clean driving record
- We’re a drug-free environment
- PLUS: Retail sales background
- PLUS: Multilingual proficiency
