Job Description
OVERVIEW
The role of Sales Manager is to establish and maintain technical, ethical, and personal credibility with a team of sales agents. The Sales Manager onboards, coaches, and inspires sales agents to help them discover their personal best. This role is an excellent opportunity for Sales Coaches to further their involvement in the skill development of agents as well as their own professional development; as a part of the leadership team.
REPORTS TO
The Sales Manager reports to Sales Director in the Sales department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing your sales team
- Conduct one on one meetings and call reviews with sales team
- Complete performance reviews and give continuous feedback on performance
- Live shadow sales agents
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to develop staff and review progress towards monthly goal
- Build and maintain a winning culture and mindset for their sales team
- Interview sales candidates
- Attend recruitment events
- Effectively evaluate employee performance

The requirements to fulfill this position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, or related field
