The Resident Service Director is responsible for supporting the clinical team and coordinating resident services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching Care Managers, training team members, scheduling and timekeeping, assist with performance management and evaluations.

· One year experience preferred in assisted living, long-term care, or hospital industry; or experience/exposure working with senior population
· LNA certification required, MNA preferred
· Ability to handle multiple priorities
· Ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles, and interest
· Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest
· Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
· Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications
· Maintains universal care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
· Ability to work flexible hours as needed and to be available for residents and family members when needed
· Communicates regularly with families and physicians as appropriate
Essential Duties
· Plans, organizes, develops, and leads the overall operation of the memory care neighborhoods in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
· Supporting leadership of Care staff; timekeeping; assist with performance appraisals; scheduling the LNA staff, communicate regularly with Director of Nursing. Participates in the hiring/onboarding/orientation of direct care staff
· Holds team accountable and takes corrective action when necessary and provides written documentation
· Reviews, reads, notates, and initializes daily logs to document and learn about pertinent information and any resident’s physical and/or behavioral changes
· Assists with resident assessment process to determine levels of care with appropriate staffing levels
· Prior to move-in, reviews resident’s file and meets with family to discuss resident profile; coordinates healthcare needs with Director of Nursing.
· Maintains clinical documents, ensuring that documents are current and up to date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
