Administrative Specialist :
- Provides support with daily activities of a medical office including appointment scheduling, registration, answering phone calls, collecting copayments, and reconciling reports at the close of the day.
- Answer incoming phone calls for multiple specialty practices.
- Greet and check in patients for medical appointments and schedule follow-ups.
- Verify and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPPA.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Schedule appointments.
