Bartender

Job Summary:
Springbrook Events is looking for friendly and professional part-time bartenders to serve at weddings and special events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment while delivering excellent hospitality. Most shifts will be on Saturdays for weddings, with occasional weekday events.

Bartenders earn $15/hour plus tips and have the opportunity to be part of unforgettable celebrations in a beautiful venue.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and venue policies to ensure guest safety.
• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after events.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods, such as wedding receptions.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience preferred but not required—training is available for the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to serve alcohol in Wisconsin.
• Ability to work Saturdays and occasional weekday events as needed.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Certification in food handling or bartending is a plus but not required. A bartending license will be necessary for the role but can be obtained after hiring.
