As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, excellent with communication, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Collect and process payments, ensuring accurate financial transactions
- Verify insurance benefits
- Maintain an organized front desk and manage patient records
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Offer customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dental or medical front office preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with dental scheduling software (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to handle financial transactions and discuss treatment costs with confidence
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling is highly desirable
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and assisting team members as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday
- Optional half-day Fridays
