What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School Program Group Leader(s) position at Springfield JCC?
The Springfield Jewish Community Center is always looking to increase its dynamic Group Leader team for our child care division.
Child care is offered for students in grades K - 5 from Longmeadow, Springfield, and East Longmeadow schools in our KidSpace and Children-at-Play (CAP) programs.
Students will enjoy enrichment activities, indoor and outdoor sports, arts and crafts, and receive homework assistance as needed in a safe before- and after-school environment.
Group leaders will lead enrichment activities, games, sports, arts and crafts, homework help and mentoring. These positions are paid at a rate of $17.00 per hour and are part time.
Part-Time shifts are: 2PM-6PM on Monday through Thursday and 2PM - 5:30PM on Friday.
Meadow Brook: 3PM - 6PM M-Thurs. and 3PM - 5:30PM on Friday.
Mapleshade: 6AM - 9AM M-F and 2:30PM - 6PM M-Thurs. and 2:30PM - 6PM on Friday.
