- Position / Specialty : Pharmacist Inpatient
- Shift : D / E / N - 5x8. Two primary shifts needed for 0700 1530 & 1430 2300
- Years of experience REQ : Minimum 3 years
- Open to 1-2yr exp with strong critical care / ED experience
- First-timers accepted : Yes
- Weekend REQ : Will work 8 weekends per contract
- Guaranteed Hours : Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment

- Inpatient / Acute care experience required
- Required Dosing Skills / Experience : Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, etc
- Pyxis experience required
- Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required

- Open to accommodating block schedule
Unit Specific Information
- Hospital scrubs provided when required
