Job Description
Job Title : General Ultrasound Technician
Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - Ultrasound Tech
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 2 years required
License : Active Illinois license required
Certifications : ARDMS and BLS required
Must-Have :
- Experience in Adult and ER settings
- Proficiency in various Ultrasound Skills / Experience, such as Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Spleen
- OB / GYN Ultrasound experience, especially in the 1st Trimester
- Procedure skills including Paracentesis and Thoracentesis
- Renal / Pelvis Ultrasound Skills, e.g., Bladder, Hernia, Ovaries, Prostate, Renal / Bladder, Uterus, Vaginal
- Small Part Ultrasound Skills, covering Superficial Masses, Testicles / Scrotum, Thyroid
- Experience with Renal Transplant Studies
- Vascular Ultrasound Skills, including Aorta, Carotid, Color Flow, Duplex, Lower Extremity Arterial, Renal Artery Duplex
