Schedule :

We typically work ~34 hours per week with Fridays and weekends off.
Our hours of operation are 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM Monday and Wednesday, and 6 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We typically schedule recalls for 50 / 60 minutes and new patients for 90 minutes.
We are looking for someone to be a full time part of our team, but will consider regular part time as well.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide high-quality dental care in accordance with established protocols.

Assist in the administration of local anesthesia and perform dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, SRP and polishing.

Educate patients on the oral-systemic link, oral hygiene best practices, and how dental care can promote overall systemic health.

Administer radiographs as able and as directed

Apply preventative measures such as sealants and SDF

Collaborate with the dental team using Eaglesoft for patient documentation and treatment planning.

Utilize dental terminology and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to PPE and OSHA standards

Skills

Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments and sterilization methods

Good computer skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Attention to detail

Well-organized and reliable

Knowledge of dental charting software and digital x-rays; ability to learn new programs as necessary. Knowledge of Eaglesoft is preferred

Commitment to providing exceptional service, support and education
