💵 Rate: $2000 Gross Weekly (Traveler Rate)
📅 Contract Length: 9 Weeks

Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week contract assignment on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM –10:30 PM). This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a competitive pay rate and guaranteed weekly hours.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and provider instructions.
Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
Monitor patient status and report changes in condition.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Uphold facility policies and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Valid and active LPN license in the state of assignment.
Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and commitment to the full 9-week assignment.
