Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, renewing policies, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, providing high-quality service and building strong relationships.
- Policy Administration: Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and issuance of certificates of insurance.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing expert guidance on insurance matters.
- Risk Analysis: Review client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions to meet their needs.
- Quoting & Marketing: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate coverage terms, and present proposals to clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and correspondence in the agency management system.
- Claims Assistance: Assist clients with claims processing, coordinating with adjusters, and advocating on the client’s behalf.
- Compliance: Ensure all policies and transactions comply with insurance regulations and company standards.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional lines of coverage or other financial products to existing clients.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related role in the insurance industry.
- Licensure: Valid Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
