We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Aircraft Sales Counselor to join our team. This role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporations, guiding them through the aircraft acquisition process while achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client's aviation requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of aircraft ownership.
- Leverage networking opportunities at industry events and exclusive gatherings to expand market reach.
Aircraft Sales & Negotiation
- Present aircraft options, emphasizing key features, benefits, and value.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to high-net-worth clients.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Manage the entire sales process, including contracts, financing, insurance, and aircraft delivery.
- Provide top-tier customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market competition.
- Maintain knowledge of aircraft specifications, performance, and market values.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including manufacturers and service providers.
Territory Development
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and penetrate new markets.
- Establish connections with key decision-makers at flight schools and service centers.
- Enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing efforts and community involvement.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum Private Pilot License (PPL) required.
