About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our team within the pest control industry. This position combines individual sales performance with team leadership, making it ideal for a motivated leader with experience in driving sales, coaching teams, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Sales Performance
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-ups, client meetings, and closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing directly to business growth.
Team Leadership
- Act as a “Player-Coach” by leading a team of sales representatives while achieving personal sales goals.
- Mentor and provide training to team members, offering constructive performance feedback to improve individual and team capabilities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement sales strategies, processes, and tactics aimed at driving business growth in both established and new markets.
Performance Monitoring & Management
- Track team performance using key metrics and CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews, ensuring sales goals are met, and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
CRM Utilization
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment within the sales team and across departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven success in outside sales, preferably in pest control. Prior experience in sales management or team leadership is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make decisions that align with business goals.

- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Compensation & Benefits:
