We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to effectively clean all areas
- Restock linens, toiletries, and other guest supplies as needed
- Manage cleaning schedules and assignments to ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient housekeeping operation
- Keep up with industry best practices and implement new cleaning techniques and technologies
- Perform any other duties as required to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or industrial cleaning environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred
