Job Title: Front Desk Agent - SpringHill Suites Charleston River View
Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and or 7:00 AM -3:00 PM
Scheduling : Will support both AM & Mid Shifts.
Compensation: $15 - $16 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
- Process reservations and cancellations with attention to detail
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
