Springhill by Marriott in Bettendorf, IA , is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work part-time, weekday and weekend evening availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
