Duties

- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
- Monitor front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Cover front desk shifts as needed during slower periods.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front office operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred.
