Bartender Position at SpringHill Suites Paso Robles Hotel by Marriott
We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Cheerfully wait on guests, make recommendations, and upsell drinks.
- Create and serve a wide range of beverages.
- Process all cash and charge transactions according to hotel procedures.
- Stock side stations with garnishes, bar mats, mixers, ice, and jiggers.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with stocking beverages and mixes.
- Stock beverages and mixes for the next shift.
- Closing checks and running reports at the end of each shift.
- Maintain clean and organized bar areas at all times.
- Adhere to food safety requirements.
- Report any missing or found articles, equipment, or property damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments as needed.
