*** Responsible for coordinating daily activities of the Marketing and Sales Office.
*** Manage transition needs of new residents and internal transactions
*** General admin duties: including phones, business systems, inventory and scheduling.
Qualifications
Need great communication skills and ability to work with multiple people in busy environment.
College graduate or equivalent experience, preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in office management; preferably marketing / sales
Salary : $19 - $23
