About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Owner's Representative (Project Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, permitting, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Analyze and negotiate contracts, ensuring they meet client requirements.
• Manage accounting functions, review change orders, and update job cost budgets as necessary.
• Navigate complex team relationships and multiple perspectives to achieve a successful outcome.
