Plainfield Tower is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team!
Plainfield Tower is a Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community. We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. At Springpoint, the RSC is responsible for developing and promoting a variety of activities which provide opportunities for socialization across religious, ethnic, and intergenerational backgrounds of the residents, families, and the community.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement case management services to all residents.
- Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
- Assist with move-in and orientation of new residents.
- Monitor and maintain records reflecting all residents' physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Document resident incidents.
- Participate and promote interactive problem-solving with staff.
- Assist residents and their families with move-out if necessary.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate resident centered activities programs, including community intergenerational programs.
- Coordinate volunteer programs with residents and community.
- Promote positive public relations through contacting media about special events.
- Develop and maintain written policies and procedures based on services provided.
Education and Experience :
Comprehensive Benefits Package (Full Time) :
Full-Time : Monday - Friday (8am - 4 : 30pm)
Pay Range : $20 - $25 / hour
Salary : $20 - $25
