Springside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in Pittsfield MA, is currently seeking a Full Time Certified Activities Director to join our team. Our compassionate and experienced staff welcomes you to join our team!

Requirements for Activities Director :

  • Activities Director Certification (ADC)
  • Nursing home experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Job Duties for  Activities Director :

  • Supervise, schedule and evaluate all staff and volunteers involved in activities program
  • Carry out scheduled programs when necessary
  • Develop, execute and evaluate programs that reflect the need and interests of the residents
  • Coordinate all entertainment for all the residents
  • Supervise and maintain activities department staff
  • Maintain documentation and comply with all state and federal policies and procedures
