Position Details
What you will do in this role:
- Leads the Help for Heroes team with the identification, development, and implementation of strategy to achieve program growth and superior quality.
- Provides day-to-day supervision for the Help for Heroes team members.
- Monitors patient movement and progression through treatment and supports individualized interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Works collaboratively with the business office and the utilization review departments to ensure payment for services.
- In collaboration with the team, identifies and monitors metrics that demonstrate effective patient treatment, implementing actions to address variances when indicated.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Social Work, and/or a relative clinical field. Master’s degree in business administration or Hospital Administration preferred.
- Previous management experience in a fee-standing psychiatric hospital setting required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must provide proof of auto insurance.
