What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Intake Specialist position at SpringVale Health Centers, Inc?
SpringVale Health Centers is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist for our medical office in Dover. Candidates should have prior experience working in a fast paced medical office including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, collecting payments, indexing records, updating financial records, and other office duties to ensure efficient and effective agency operations.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position working 40-hours a week, Monday thru Friday.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 6-months medical office experience is required. Must be proficient in telephone etiquette, customer service, medical terminology, basic understanding of insurances, strong multitasking skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
