Description:
Under the direction of the Parks Supervisor and the Parks Superintendent, this person performs duties necessary for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the Jolley's Ranch Campground and the surrounding canyon parks and pavilions.
Successful candidates may be provided a campsite for the season by Springville City.
Duties:
Check campers in and out.
Help walk-in patrons make reservations on computer reservation site.
Take fees and cash transactions, keeping accurate records.
Deal with patron issues and concerns.
Clean and maintain restrooms.
Clean and maintain fire pits, campsites, grills, BBQ's and tables, pavilions, including trash removal.
Perform general campground maintenance such as string trimming, mowing, pruning, weed control, limb and storm damage debris removal.
Assist camper/parks patrons.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must possess a valid Utah Driver's license and be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work days, weekends, and evenings as rotated. Previous experience with landscaping preferred. Must have computer/tablet skills for reservations and taking payments.

Must possess above average customer service skills.
Must be able to safely operate and maintain lawn mowers, string trimmers, and other handheld power equipment.
Must be able to read, write, and keep accurate records.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Must be able to stay on task and complete work assignments.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. Must be physically fit enough to walk long distances.
Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. and walking some distance. Must be able to bend, stoop, crawl, stand, and sit.
