- Prioritize patient cases based on severity and immediate health concerns.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans.
- Administer injections and other medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Stay updated on best practices in patient care, triage protocols, and relevant medical advancements.
Experience
- Previous experience in Pediatrics is a plus!
- Strong background in Patient assessment and Patient care is essential.
- Experience administering injections is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with clinic settings is a plus, as well as knowledge of EHR systems for documentation purposes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are crucial for success in this role.
