What You'll Do
Sprinklr is looking for a highly experienced and well-trained professional who will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from their Sprinklr platform implementation. This role will support onboarding clients with their ongoing platform needs through best practice recommendations and platform configuration. Consultants act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration.
The role:
- Work as part of a cross-functional team (Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, Project Managers) to set Sprinklr customers up on the platform.
- Lead the full lifecycle of a Sprinklr project including, business analysis, functional specification, system design, platform configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures
- PLAN: Discover all of the requirements for Sprinklr customers and establish the success criteria for implementations. Consult with both customer and internal stakeholders to make recommendations for people, processes and technology changes.
- BUILD: Technically configure, test and deploy the Sprinklr software solution so that desired use cases and functionality are met. Complete the execution in such a way as to anticipate future customer needs or business requirements that may occur
- EDUCATE: Lead end user and system administrator platform training workshops and produce supporting documentation
- EMPOWER: Ensure that every customer derives satisfaction and the most value possible from the implementation experience
- Align with Project Managers across multiple simultaneous projects to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders and meet project delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate, high-quality and timely documentation of implementation steps and activities
- Stay up to date with assigned learning courses to understand all platform features
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
Must have:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English; written and verbal
- 2-5 years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation
- Technical background with frontend configuration experience
- Experience facilitating and presenting live workshops and/or platform training
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
- Passion for solving challenges and a commitment to customer delight
- Knowledge and passion for Customer Experience Management (CXM)
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
Nice to have:
- Experience implementing or using Care, Research, Sales, Marketing and/or Advertising related software platforms
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency, responsible for paid social campaigns
- Experience using adtech or martech platforms
