We're looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial Technical Recruiter to take ownership of the mission-critical recruiting process across the tech teams of Engineering, Product and Design. This is a role that promises day 1 impact and everyday after.

As a Technical Recruiter , your true north star will be to manage a successful process that enables Sprinter Health to scale the technology teams with amazing talent.
Today, we do all our tech recruiting remotely and with the use of contact recruiters. We want to bring this important function in-house and based out of our Menlo Park headquarters. You will be expected to work at the office 3 days a week alongside the technology team you will support.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable at the strategic level (what should a great process look like), energized by being a hands-on recruiter, and excited about partnering with managers & leaders to drive decisions that move our processes and tools forward.
There’s no ceiling for impact or growth in this role, and you will be getting in early as we build out the People and Talent team.

Role responsibilities :
- Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner in building out their orgs
- Source, screen, and close a diverse and high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across our engineering, product management, and design teams
- A track record of managing a healthy volume of candidates with a high rate of responsiveness and care to both internal stakeholders and candidates
- Advocate for top-notch candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
- Work with the People & Talent team on a variety of projects that supports the whole teams’ goals (e.g. training, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, metrics)
- Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements and efficiencies to help up level our team

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
This is a hybrid role with a 3-day-a-week in-office in Menlo Park, California requirement. While we are flexible with occasional work from home, we've built an incredible group of people who enjoy the team environment we've created, and our engineering, product, and design organizations are all currently co-located in the Bay Area.
