Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Duties:
- Clearing tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished their meals
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments or utensils as needed
- Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other dining area surfaces
- Assisting with restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service flow
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
