Your Mission - As a Product Manager you will contribute to our product vision, strategy and own execution for products within Sprocket Security. Reporting to our Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings, ensuring that our roadmap aligns with our customers' needs both internally and externally, and delivering solutions on time and above expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Listen to the market, collect, analyse and validate ideas for future releases, or products.
- Responsible for assigned products "Product Life Cycle". The Product Manager will manage releases to Market and manages the continuous process of development and ongoing enhancements to their assigned product suites.
- Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories, working with other stakeholders to understand use cases, features, business & technical domain rules and overall product goals.
- Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
- Define and prioritize product initiatives based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, internal customers (pen testers), UI / UX, and other cross team communication to drive decisions on engineering based on vision and roadmap, to bring products to market successfully.
- Work with development teams to continuously improve product ownership and other processes.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Lead to run successful Release Planning and Iteration Planning sessions.
- Maintain the functional quality of the work being delivered by setting and evaluating expectations and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate priorities based on well-defined and measured business cases.
- Establish goals and metrics to measure effectiveness after release; monitor & report on progress.
- Ensure that technical focused user stories are created following team process for requirements, and collaborate with development, and SMEs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Facilitate Quarterly Road Map Review meetings.
- Provide guidance on product development methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Drive the identification of market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product roadmaps.
