We have remodeled and are opening a new classroom! Now is the time to join our amazing team, of career minded Early Learning Teachers.

The teacher is responsible for implementing our fun Thematic

teaching. Teacher's must operate as a team player.

The twos LOVE to sing and dance and move around. We are looking

for a fun loving individual to join our 2.5 – 3 year old classroom. You will be

supported by having three staff in the classroom for most of the day.

At Sprout, we believe in educating the whole child. We have

invested in daily Specialists that come into each classroom to teach Art/Music,

Creative Movement and Early Language Arts Specialists. Weekly, we have Dance

and Yoga teachers visit each week.

·        Implement Sprout’s educational curriculum.

·        Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.

·        Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children.

·        Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.

·        Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.

Must have a High School Diploma.

High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.

Have completed coursework to qualify you as a teacher. If

currently working on it, your wage will be adjusted until completion. (We

provide the training needed as well)

A strong understanding of child development and social emotional

development..

Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.

MUST HAVE FUN

Desire to make Early Childhood Education a career path. We will pay for you to go to college to earn ECE Credentials, and/or Associates Degrees in Early Childhood

1 year experience working in a group childcare center.

Competitive Pay Range: $17-$20/hour
