SPROUT WITH US!
Sprout Clubhouse provides therapeutic services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, challenging behavior, and developmental delays. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, an evidence-based practice that provides meaningful and effective therapy. ABA therapy programs aim to increase language and social skills and decrease maladaptive behaviors.
Sprout creates a safe environment for every child we serve to learn and grow.
We want to help all those we support to achieve the following:
1. Enjoy People. Creating a safe, supportive environment ensures children learn from an early age and that there are people who can help improve their world.
2. Enjoy Language. We strive for everyone at the Clubhouse to enjoy communicating in a way that improves their life.
3. Enjoy Learning. Having a place where children can learn new things in a fun and interesting way allows them to become lifelong learners.
We support children and adolescents with services that are backed by science. Sprout Clubhouse uses the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a natural teaching environment.
We are seeking individuals who are willing to learn about ABA to make the world a better place.
We provide training for those interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT). Current CBTs and RBTs are encouraged to apply.
As a Behavior Technician, you will be supported by a team of professionals including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). You will receive ongoing training and guidance to maximize your work with the children you support.
