Job Title: Accounting Admin Assistant
Reports to: Accounting Manager and VP of Finance
Sprout Restaurant Group is a multi-unit hospitality/restaurant group with approximately 1,100 employees. Our diverse team of restauranteurs and managers are committed to creating venues that have a meaningful place in their respective communities throughout Los Angeles. The corporate office is located in Torrance, CA.
Job Purpose:
The Accounting Admin Assistant will assist with day to day accounting processes and administrative support for the accounting and management teams.
This is an entry level position with a growing company. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, very personable, have strong computer skills and will have a strong desire to learn and grow.
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations
Prepare Monthly intercompany billings - Make Journal Entries as necessary
- Download monthly bank statements
Assist with companywide credit card purchasing - Reconcile monthly credit card charges
- Support Accounting and management teams with special projects and reports
- Answer Phones
- Ordering Office Supplies
- At all times maintain a Positive, Passionate, Professional, safe and Healthy work environment
Working Conditions and Expectations:
This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM — 5:00 PM. This is an in-house position. The employee is expected to report to the office daily to perform their duties. Due to the nature of our business, some extended hours or occasional weekend hours may be required. Employee may be requested to travel to restaurants from time to time.
Compensation for this position is DOE.
Employee is entitled to all benefits provided by the company per the current company plan.
Salary : $20 - $21
