Requirements: We are seeking an experienced leader with a passion for fresh food and inspiring people. Key qualifications include:
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of retail experience; demonstrated success leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with integrity, including profit and loss, safety, sanitation, staffing, disciplinary actions, training, developing leaders, conducting performance appraisals, meeting deadlines, managing inventory and shrink, executing sales promotions, and merchandising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and human resources software
• Flexibility to work a schedule that changes based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety certification
Your Responsibilities:
- • Direct business processes at your assigned store, delivering positive results
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by motivating and engaging team members
• Motivate and develop the management team by embracing, leading, advocating, and consistently modeling our leadership behaviors
• Celebrate store successes and identify/address opportunities for perpetual improvement
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge when assisting customers and training store team members
