The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans to drive the business. In this highly collaborative role, the Brand Marketing Manager develops campaign strategy, drives the brand vision for priority messaging across all owned and paid vehicles to ensure alignment with our GTM strategy, campaign objectives and channel strategies. This highly influential position oversees brand assets from concept to creation for specific campaigns and provides support to multiple marketing teams.
Overview of Responsibilities
- True steward of the Sprouts brand adhering to brand strategy platform and style guidelines
- Expresses a deep-rooted understanding of Sprouts' key differentiators and Customer Segmentation to effectively develop marketing campaigns
- Manage omnichannel campaigns with high levels of visibility (i.e. direct mail, off-site, professional photo shoots, holiday campaign)
- Develop marketing strategy briefs and requests for campaign collateral
- Ensures channel strategies are aligned with content approach
- Facilitate team planning and content development for project workflows
- Host and lead cross-functional team meetings to share approved direction
- Proactively identify ways to optimize processes and/or workflow to ensure quality, on-brand content is completed efficiently
- Review, edit and approve all marketing content and assets prior to release
- Partner to ensure that the Creative Team delivers strategy
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field with 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Experience developing multichannel marketing campaigns
- Experience working with external agencies and working with owned and paid media channels
- Understanding of how to represent both retail and consumer brands well across a variety of communication channels
- Skilled at working collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Shows a high degree of organization and self-motivation
- Ability to remain positive and flexible to manage uncertainty and change
- Detail oriented and results driven
