Role Overview:
The Store Schematic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the visual merchandising standards of our stores are met. This involves conducting weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities to maintain schematic integrity.
- Maintain schematic integrity through weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities.
- Work closely with the Store Manager, NP ASM, and Dept Managers to ensure schematic compliance is maintained.
- Support the implementation of new products and programs to enhance customer experience.
- Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent mathematical skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
