The Talent Acquisition Team Member Specialist is responsible for sourcing new candidates for store positions, providing TA analytic support and subject matter expertise of Sprouts’ ATS. The Talent Acquisition Team Member Specialist will source, screen, and create a pipeline of applicants to fill existing and future job openings at the store level and promote career opportunities within the organization, providing recruiting analytics and responding to internal and external application inquiries. This position will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide administrative and hiring support to the Human Resources department. This position is required to adapt to changing priorities while managing high-volume hiring activities.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Review and screen candidate resume’s for Team Member positions.
- Post positions and source for passive talent through use of Boolean searches, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc), networking, employee referrals and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor job aggregate boards and create alerts ensuring engagement of Sprouts’ current and potential future employees.
- Build out and review talent pools for hard to fill positions.
- Set up and provide reporting from ATS to automate TA Reporting processes.
- Make process recommendations and suggestions for long term use of scorecard. Benchmark current data and bring observations for review with Talent team. Maintain up to date industry knowledge on TA Reporting and best practices.
- Work with HRIS team on projects related to ATS and HRIS system configuration. Manage, respond and assist with Service Now ticket for escalated ATS issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Human Resources or Business (or nearing completion)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated Social Media experience; in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective demographics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills, and ability to work on cross-functional teams
- Previous experience with iCIMS and Workday preferred.
