Thank you for your interest in working with Sprouts Montessori of Bend. Sharon Richardson, Head of School, leads a dedicated team of caregivers, educators and support staff at Sprouts. Together, they create space for the natural growth and development of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in beautiful, intentionally designed, indoor-outdoor environments.
We are seeking an experienced infant teacher to work with newborns and young infants under one year old. The qualities we seek are kindness, dependability, attention to detail, a genuine love for children, and the ability to work well with others. We hope to find someone with the knowledge and passion to help develop our newly established infant program.

- Start Date: March, 2025
- Hours: 40 per week
- Wages: $20-$25

Sprouts Montessori of Bend is a full time licensed childcare center for children 0-3 years old. We also operate two certified family childcare homes as "school houses" for children ages 3-6 and 6-12 years old.

Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a licensed group infant care setting (required)
- Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
- CDA or BA/BS in Education, Child Development or related field (preferred)
- AMI Assistants to Infancy certification (preferred)
- Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry
- Current Pediatric CPR/First Aid, RRCAN, Intro to Health & Safety, Prevention is Better thanTreatment, Safe Sleep for Oregon Infants, Foundations for Learning, 30 hrs additional infant/toddler training, and Food Handlers Card (these trainings obtainable upon hire)
