About the Role
As the Grounds and Facilities Manager at Sprouts Therapy, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our clinic safe, clean, and inviting for our clients, their families, and our staff. You’ll help maintain a space where keiki can learn, grow, and reach their full potential daily. What You’ll Do
✅ Keep Our Clinic Sparkling: Disinfect toys, scrub mats, clean restrooms, and ensure all therapy areas are spotless.
✅ Maintain & Repair: Perform minor maintenance, handle repair requests, and keep therapy equipment, toys, and furniture in top shape.
✅ Organize & Stock: Manage inventory, set up therapy spaces, and assist with team meetings and events.
✅ Closing & Deep Cleaning: Close the facility at the end of the day, ensuring all areas are tidy and secure. Perform a deep clean once per week.
✅ Support Our Team: Assist with setting up feeding therapy sessions and other activities that make a difference for the children we serve.

Schedule
-Deep Clean Day: Sunday (any 6 hours) or Monday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
-Evening Shifts: Tuesday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:30/8:00 PM (flexibility to start earlier if more hours needed)
Job Conditions
-Physical Activity: Walking, standing, bending, and reaching for up to 90% of your shift. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
-Noise Level: From quiet to moderately loud, depending on the children in the clinic.
