Sunday - Wednesday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (x1)
Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (x1)
Job Summary:
The PM Production Baker role is responsible for the high-volume production of wholesale baked goods, pastries, and related products. This is a key role in providing the highest standard of quality and consistency of offerings to our wholesale customers. This position completes quality checks on ingredients and finished items and ensures personal hygiene and sanitary conditions are maintained at all times during the production process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes to measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, tea bread, cakes, etc.
- Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Maintain records relating to orders, inventory, and production levels.
- Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
- Follow company packing procedures and standards as needed.
- Handle inventory with care and attention to detail.
- Adhere to safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment.
- Work at different stations as production requires.
- Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operations of equipment.
- Complete assigned duties efficiently using excellent time management.
- Seek additional tasks when initial assigned duties have been completed.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to maintain consistent, predictable punctuality for shifts.
- Strong communication, time and resource management.
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
- Willingness to be flexible on availability to work around customer demands, if needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in hot, hectic environments.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, using hands and appliances.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
