Program Manager Overview
Spruce Lake Ministries seeks a dedicated Program Manager to oversee our Adult and Family Ministries. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing strong programs with an evangelical emphasis.
The ideal candidate will champion a guest-centered, relational culture of service and spiritual enrichment. They will also supervise the summer team, serve as a live-in dorm parent, and plan programmatic elements for our Renew gap-year program.
Prerequisites
- Demonstrate spiritual maturity and a commitment to personal growth in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Fully embrace and align with Spruce Lake Ministries' vision, core purpose, statement of faith, and core values.
- Show evidence of inspirational leadership and management abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a camp or ministry setting.
- Demonstrated analytical and financial leadership skills.
- Experience in motivating, recruiting, and mentoring high-performance teams.
- Excellent written, oral, and public speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in leadership, education, or pastoral ministry, or combined progressive work experience.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US, no sponsorship provided.
- Completion of FBI Criminal Background fingerprint clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and PA Criminal History Clearance at employer's expense.
