We are looking for a Children’s Experience Coordinator to join the Club at Spruce Peak! The Children’s Experience Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing space operations and supervising all members, families, and guests in the game room, ensuring their safety and well-being. The attendant will plan and execute tournaments, activities and crafts for children. In addition, it will be the responsibility of the attendant to implement proper use of each of the games, to preserve the organization/cleanliness of the room, and to report to issues management if necessary. The Children’s Experience Coordinator may be rotated or transferred to another department and/or assignments based on business needs.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Supervise and welcome guests.
2. Develop and implement activities & crafts
3. Maintain neatness, uniformity, and general upkeep of games, activities, and facility.
4. Daily performance checks on all equipment, games, and gaming systems.
5. Communicate with parents & club concierges upon request.
6. Maintain a working knowledge of all Recreation Activities on campus.
7. Help out in related departments as needed: Outfitters, Fitness, Tennis, Pool, Special Events, Spa.
Work Schedule:
4:00pm-9:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays from November 22nd, 2024 to April 19th, 2025
