Spruce Point Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a FT Receptionist to add to our amazing team!! Long-term care/healthcare setting experience is preferred but not a requirement.
The schedule for this position will be from 9am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. We offer competitive pay and benefits. A Receptionist applicant must pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview.
** Qualified Receptionist candidates will possess the following skills:

Great attendance and attitude
Computer skills including Excel, Word, Point Click Care, and Payroll experience a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, staff, and others who enter the community.
- Answer and direct telephone calls to the appropriate party.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Respond to general requests or concerns of residents and family members, including emergency calls, and escalate to team members, management, emergency responders or external agencies as needed.
- Maintain front desk and lobby area to ensure organized, well supplied with current literature and fresh beverages, and clear of clutter.
- Answer inquiries, offer suggestions and directions, and provide descriptive literature pertaining to activities such as excursions, sporting events, concerts, and plays.
- Assist with light filing, recordkeeping, clerical, and housekeeping duties, as requested.
- May be responsible for opening and closing duties.
- Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company’s needs.
- Greet guests, residents, families, outside providers.
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
· Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication
