We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to fill a full-time or part-time year-round role. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and someone who is a team player that would enjoy being part of the Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa team.
This role will perform a variety of maintenance functions such as installations, general maintenance, and repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and upkeep of the facility through the preventative maintenance program of the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance of building and facility; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
- Plumbing repairs on fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
- Woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc. repairs.
